 **Louise Nichols checked out Jolicure (by the lakes)
Wednesday to search out issues pretty quiet aside from the standard birds current —
Black-capped Chickadees, Crimson-breasted Nuthatches and Golden-crowned
Kinglets.  She found that Excessive Marsh Rd. was plowed after the
final storm and so was in a position to drive throughout it because it was clear aside from
occasional icy sections.  She noticed a number of Tough-legged Hawks and
was in a position to get a photograph of 1 that was perched characteristically on a small
department on the prime of a spruce tree. (Editors word: the Tough-legged Hawk is
famous for its behavior of perching on surprisingly small branches. I can’t assist
however surprise if it will get this skill because it breeds the place bushes don’t get very
