Diploma in Nautical Science (1 years)
Period of the course : 1 12 months
Tutorial Qualification : Go 10+2 with a mean PCM rating of 60% and 50 % in English language
Bodily Requirements : Medically match as per DGS pointers
BSc Nautical Science (3 Years)
Period of the course : 3 12 months
Tutorial Qualification : Go 10+2 or equal examination with 45% common in PCM.
Bodily Requirements : Medically match as per DGS pointers

Colour blindness isn’t allowed
Training requirement for Cadet: 50% marks in English and an combination of 60% marks in PCM
Training requirement for scores : 40% marks in English in Xth and XIIth and a 40% combination in Xth or XIIth with English, Arithmetic and Sciences in Xth and any stream for the XIIth board.
Training requirement for catering division: 40% marks in English in Xth and XIIth and a 40% combination in Xth or XIIth with English, Arithmetic and Sciences in Xth and any stream for the XIIth board.
